3rd Multidisciplinary International Student Workshop
(MISW 2011)参加者募集のお知らせ
1. 主旨
 工学系の大学院学生を対象として，
   Multidisciplinary International Student Workshop (MISW 2011)
を開催し，広く他分野を専攻する大学院生ならびに留学生との交流を図る
機会となることを目的とします．
2. プログラム
 8月4日(木)，5日(金)（電力事情によりやむを得ず変更になる場合があり
ます）の2日間の Workshop において，他分野を専攻する大学院生ならびに，
国際大学院プログラムの工学系に所属する留学生ならびにAOTULE(Asia
Oceania Top University League on Engineering)短期留学生等との議論を
通じて方法論・価値観・世界観の交換を行い，多文化共生と新たなイノベ
ーションへの手掛りを模索します．
 また，本 Workshop での発表者の中から，特に優秀な発表者に優秀講演賞
を授与する他，本年10月10-12日に中国の清華大学で開催予定のAOTULE
Student Workshop へ工学系の旅費負担で派遣する学生(20名程度)の選抜を
予定しています．
3. 募集する分野ならびにキーワード
 分      野：工学系一般．
 キーワード：持続可能な発展のための先端的技術．
4. 発表形式その他
 Ａ４用紙１ページの Extended Abstract に基づく英語による口頭または
ポスター発表
（必ずしも希望に添えない場合があります）．
5. 会場
 大岡山キャンパス 石川台地区を予定．
6. 応募要領
1）応募資格
本学理工学研究科工学系の大学院生,
他研究科の学生が発表を希望する場合は、事前に下記問合せ先にメールを
送り確認をとってください。
2）応募方法
Extended Abstract などのpdfファイルをメールにより提出．
 書類提出締め切り６月２４日（金）１７：００
3）応募書式
(1) 下記ＵＲＬのワードファイル(MISW_template.doc)の書式に従った
    Extended Abstract（英文，図表を含んでも良い）［Word:57.0KB］

3rd Multidisciplinary International Student Workshop
(MISW 2011) Call for Papers
August 4-5*, 2011
Tokyo Tech, Ookayama Campus
 The Graduate School of Engineering will sponsor the 3rd
Multidisciplinary International Student Workshop (MISW 2011), for
graduate students within the School of Engineering, exchange students
from AOTULE (Asia Oceania Top University League on Engineering) and
others from different disciplines to interact via a research-based
workshop. Participants are expected to present their own research or
other related topics in either oral or poster presentation format.
To encourage high quality presentations, awards will be given to best
oral and poster presentations and up to 20 students may attend the
AOTULE Student Workshop which will be held at Tsinghua University,
China on October 10-12, 2011 with travel expenses paid for by the
Graduate School of Engineering.
*The dates maybe subject to change due to electrical power conservation
conditions.
Language
Official language of the workshop is English.
Abstract Submission
 Papers from all fields focusing on advanced technology are welcome.
Please submit your one-page abstract, using A4 size in English in a pdf
format by e-mail. From the submitted abstracts, oral presentations and
posters will be selected.
Eligibility
 Graduate Students enrolled in the Tokyo Tech Graduate School of
Engineering and AOTULE-member universities and SERP Exchange Students
are eligible.
 For graduate students from other schools not listed above, you may
send your request to attend MISW to the organizing committee at
< ko.kokusai.ws＠jim.titech.ac.jp > prior to abstract submission.
Abstract Deadline
 Abstracts submitted as pdf will be accepted until 24 June at
5:00 PM by e-mail.
Submission Procedure
(1) Prepare your abstract for publication in the black and white
proceedings in English using MS Word. Include both text and figures
on a single A4 size page and convert it into Acrobat .pdf file format.

(3)If English is your secondary language, please include your TOEIC,
